Step into a deliciously dark fairytale this Halloween, where scented steam, candlelight, and ancient stories entwine. Join us for an immersive Mythic Sauna experience — a night of storytelling, ritual, and wonder as we honour the turning of the seasons.

Woven through four sauna sessions, expert storyteller Oliver Wallace will tell a chilling fairytale from the deep mythic roots of northern Europe. Between sessions we will cold plunge, sip wild-foraged tea, and share pumpkin soup around the fire as we prepare for the longer nights ahead.

As the nights draw in and the veil between worlds thins, we gather in community to meet the dark — and remember that warmth, laughter, and story can carry us safely through it.
