We specialise in making you feel reset, refreshed and wholesome with the simple pleasure of authentic Sauna practice.

Outdoor sauna. Fresh air. Cold water. Good people. Space to breathe.

Tucked beside the water at Royal Victoria Dock, Sweheat Sauna offers a different kind of sauna experience.

We're an independent outdoor pop-up rooted in authentic sauna culture, the simple pleasures of hot and cold, and the belief that feeling good doesn't need to be complicated.

There's the warmth of the sauna. The moment you step outside into the cool, fresh air. The option of a cold plunge. A conversation with a stranger who feels like an old friend. Or simply a little time to yourself.

At Sweheat, we believe the atmosphere matters just as much as the heat.

We deliberately cap our numbers to create a more intimate, manageable space where people can relax, connect and enjoy the experience without the feeling of being part of a crowd. We're sociable and welcoming, but we want you to be able to hear yourself think, too.

We're not a glossy luxury spa, and we're not trying to be. Our approach is earthy, uncomplicated and human. We put our focus on the sauna itself, the outdoor environment and the people who share it.

As a pop-up, we keep things simple and our pricing reflects a different approach to wellness. We're not here to pack in the maximum number of people. We're here to create an experience worth returning to.

Whether you're a regular sauna enthusiast or completely new to the heat, you'll find a warm welcome here.

Come to unwind. Come to connect. Come to clear your head after a long day.

Come for the heat. Leave feeling better.

Sweheat Sauna - outdoor sauna culture, with room to breathe.
