You are required to abide by the following terms & conditions:

Liability

Management accepts no liability for loss of personal belonging.

Due to use & range of activities in the SAUNA area - personal injury claims are not accepted.

Misconduct & Behaviour

The Management at all times will ensure no part of the premises is used by persons, for soliciting or other immoral or inappropriate purposes.

Age Restrictions

No under 16s allowed in the sauna.

Proof of Age and/or Identity

The management has the right to seek Information on the age and/or identity of any individual seeking admission to the facilities.

Verbal & Physical Behaviour

The management will Prosecute for all instances of Verbal and Physical behaviour against its employees, volunteers and members of the public using the facilities.

Fire Signs & Exits

Fire signs, directions and emergency exits must not be obstructed in any way. Do not leave personal belongs in designated Fire Exits or controlled areas.

Infectious Diseases

No person known or suspected to be suffering from, or to be a carrier of a disease likely to be transmitted is not allowed within any part of the facilities.

Opening Hours

The facilities operate at different times according to demand. Closing times vary also. Please refer to the website.

General Hygiene

All individuals MUST wash and shower fully before using the sauna.

Cold Plunge Pool

No Diving into the Plunge Pool is allowed. You must shower before entering. No shoes are allowed in the Plunge.

The Royal Victoria Dock is not permitted to us for use as a cold plunge, the site is off limits to our sauna bathers.

Sauna Temperatures

Sauna temperatures' are controlled under the London borough of Newham. Individuals should move between bench levels appropriate to their needs.

Personal Hygiene

Individuals must ensure that they use their own towel placed in the sauna & any general seating before sitting down to avoid cross contamination to other users.

Terms of use

The signatory of this document agrees to be held responsible for ensuring that themselves/all members of their party are aware of and follow the guidelines in order to ensure a safe environment for all.

If the terms agreed to in this disclaimer are breached, MobileSaunaServices Ltd reserve the right to terminate your hire of the Sauna immediately, at their discretion.

I have been provided the opportunity to participate in MobileSaunaServices Ltd (“Sweheat Sauna”) and voluntarily agree as follows.

Acknowledgment of risks

Using the Sauna is an inherently pleasurable and beneficial experience, however, as with all things, there exist elements of risk. MobileSaunaServices Ltd has assessed and minimised all foreseeable risks in accordance with UK Health and Safety legislation. However, you must still be mindful of the risk posed by:

Slippery surfaces caused by water, ice, snow or other substances.

Exposure to cold and hot temperatures.

Exposure to hot equipment.

Increased internal body temperature.

Collisions or contact with other persons and objects inside or outside of the Sauna.

Exposure to airborne illnesses or transmittable diseases.

Defects or weaknesses in the design, construction, repair or modification of the Sauna.

Visible and invisible natural or man-made hazards in or around the Sauna.

Other foreseeable and unforeseeable risks that contribute to the unpredictability of my participation in the Sauna.

Representation of fitness.

I agree that all of the following statements are true:

I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Sauna. I do not have any medical condition, such as anhidrosis, that interferes with my ability to sweat.

I am not pregnant and am not subjecting a foetus to excessive body temperature that may cause foetal damage during pregnancy.

I am not taking or under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, medication or other substance affecting my mental or physical state.

I am not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of use. I have NOT had recent onset of any of the following:

A new, continuous cough.

A high temperature.

A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell.

If you have any concerns about your health, please obtain permission from your GP before using the Sauna.

Assumption of responsibility

I cannot and will not rely on anyone other than myself to keep me or my personal property from my participation in the sauna, except to the extent such damages, injuries or death results from conduct that constitutes greater than ordinary negligence under UK law.

Health and safety

I will act accordingly to keep myself and others safe at all times whilst using the Sauna. My participation in the Sauna is voluntary and I can refuse to participate or quit participating in the Sauna at any time for any reason. If I see other bathers behaving inappropriately or dangerously, I will report it to a member of MobileSaunaServices Ltd staff.

I understand that if I act in a way to cause other bathers to feel distressed or offended, through inappropriate language, sexual comments, non consensual nudity or other offensive behaviour, that I will be asked to leave the sauna and MobileSaunaServices Ltd premises. The decision to do so is at the discretion of MobileSaunaServices Ltd employees. I will respect their decision and accept it as final.

I grant MobileSaunaServices Ltd, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorise MobileSaunaServices Ltd, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that MobileSaunaServices Ltd may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I have read and understood the above.

My filling out and submission of this form means I have carefully read the MobileSaunaServices Ltd and agree with its contents.

Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy – MOBILESAUNASERVICES LTD

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email or text] will be processed for a full refund.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment starts.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to no refund or reschedule.

If no action is taken before the appointment takes place then no refund or rescheduling will be given.

If MOBILESAUNASERVICES LTD cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
