Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy – MOBILESAUNASERVICES LTD

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email or text] will be processed for a full refund.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment starts.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to no refund or reschedule.

If no action is taken before the appointment takes place then no refund or rescheduling will be given.
