All are invited on this journey using the sauna medicine of the soul. Calling in Estonian smoke-sauna heritage, we will deep dive together and see where it takes us.

The voice, the drum, Birch & Oak sauna whisks, salt, honey, plus deep intuition, will be our tools.

This is a journey for those who are ready to connect with their soul in a space of innocence and wonder. It is a textile free session; no swimwear, shorts, jewellery, watches - you will enter in the way in which you came into this world. A cotton sarong or linen wrap may help you accustom yourself but I trust once the journey is underway you will find your peace to be in your most natural state without shame or worry.

The energetic state of mind is something to treat with grace. Every part of you is welcome. Please inform Jesse, on the day, if you have anything major going on in your current experience. Feel free to also reach out in advance if there is a question you feel you have.

The session will begin by gathering, in circle, around the fire and include a closing fire circle too
