Join Mythic Sauna this Valentine's and experience a multisensory love story in the wood-fired sauna. 

Amberluna Apothecary’s Ellen returns to indulge us. She’ll be weaving her sensory rituals through the romantic love story told by Oliver of Mythic Sauna. The 2.5 hour sauna and storytelling ritual invites you to connect deeply with your body, your self-love and to your open heart. 

This won't be some soft-eyed fairytale. Our ancient tale will conjure full-hearted, unreasonable, hopeless, gorgeous romance in all its expansive complexity. We deeply welcome you to come on a date with your gorgeous self, your beloved friend or your smouldering date.

Sensory rituals will build feelings of connectedness and wellbeing with traditional heart-opening and calming herbal teas and encourage sensual body-mind connection with a honey and rose herbal salt scrub. You will enjoy heart-centred aromatherapy throughout, and a final nourishing rosy oil self-massage for the body.

We will finish our session with delicious chocolate morsels to replenish our blood sugar and leave our hearts feeling full and our love abundant. Then it's out into the night-time, skin tingling, hearts heated, eyes aglow.
