Lange Saunanacht (German for “long sauna night”) is a full-evening sauna experience, our take on a common German sauna tradition.
We're bringing you:
Special guided Aufguss rituals led by some of the top sauna masters in the UK and Europe
Access to two wood-fired saunas, one for guided aufguss rituals and the other for open use
Cold water access, with our communal plunge pool or, if you fancy, a dip in the Royal Docks
Salt and coffee scrubs for self-guided peelings
Food and drinks available to purchase on site
Space to socialise, stretch out, or just sit in the sun between rounds
Come for a short session or stay all night and enjoy one of London’s most unique sauna experiences.
Your ticket includes access from 6-10pm. You’re welcome to come and go as you please. Swimwear is required until 8pm, after which guests are welcome to sauna without swimwear in line with continental sauna practice. Towels are always required inside the sauna. More details at sweheatsauna.co.uk.
