Guided Woman’s Banya.

A collective guided banya — rooted in the Slavic tradition of shared bathing, collective breath, and gentle guidance. Guests are invited to soften, to breathe, to release what feels heavy, and to return to themselves through warmth and care.

This is a gentle group session for women, held in a soft, nurturing heat of 60°C. Most of the session takes place inside the sauna and unfolds through two to three cycles of steam. The guided ritual includes herbal inhalations, salt scrubbing, gentle oak-leaf whisking, and a cooling ice massage.

Each ritual is unique: the order and combination of these elements may shift depending on the group size, the length of the session, and the phase of the calendar or moon cycles.
