Traditional Lithuanian Pirates Ritual with Birch House Rituals.

Step into a slow, sensory evening rooted in the ancestral sauna traditions of the Baltic lands - led by Silvija, founder of Birch House Rituals.
This ritual draws on her Lithuanian heritage, weaving together the wisdom of the Pirtis with herbal medicine, folklore and plant spirit. Guided by the rhythms of the season and the healing power of trees and wild plants, you’ll be invited to soften, release, and return to presence.
Held in the warmth of the sauna, aromatic steam mingles with wild-foraged salt scrubs, raw honey, and hand-crafted whisks to create a space of deep restoration and reconnection.
Rooted in tree energetics, infused with plant essences, and dusted with whispers of Baltic amber, this is a body prayer - a communion with the wisdom of the Earth.

Sauna Hat Making Workshop with Sussex Sauna Hats.

Join us for a unique and mindful crafting experience: a Sauna Hat Making Workshop hosted by Sussex Sauna Hats. In this hands-on session, you’ll create your very own sauna hat using natural, sustainable materials — pure wool, cotton, and silk threads. No synthetics, no shortcuts — just beautiful, breathable fabrics designed to protect your head and enhance your sauna sessions.
I set up Sussex Sauna Hats out of a love for sauna culture and a frustration with the number of cheap, synthetic hats flooding the market. With a background as a theatrical milliner and craft teacher, I wanted to combine my skills with my passion for sauna, creating space for others to learn traditional techniques, enjoy mindful hand-stitching, and leave with a personalised, useful piece for their wellness ritual.

Duration: 2 hours ( children aged 10+ are welcome)
